Files for 1968-1972 are distributed by CDC as Microsoft Publisher (.pub) files which require conversion via LibreOffice before reading. Conversion takes approximately 10-20 minutes per file. Pre-converted versions of these files are available as a GitHub release to avoid this conversion step. See the package README for details.
